Deed transfer and season issuance details
Land is a persistent part of the shelter economy. Real Land Deeds open 3, 5, 9, 18, or 27 plots. Deeds can remain idle, be staked for use, or be listed on the player market. The default one-plot Mini greenhouse helps every survivor begin, but it does not count toward Land rank.
Your Land score is the total number of plots on eligible idle or staked deeds. Listing a deed removes those plots from the next live ranking snapshot; cancelling the listing restores them, while a completed sale moves the score to the new owner.
ASH is a capped seasonal reward, not an unlimited farming yield. Genesis Season plans a 1 billion ASH pool: 300 million for Land and 700 million for Collection. Later planned seasons S2–S19 allocate 500 million each; no new seasonal issuance is planned from S20 onward. Live rank rewards are estimates until the final verified season snapshot and reward ledger are complete.
